Roselie Enriquez Ledda,

Principal
Roselie Enriquez Ledda came to PTA in 2003 with the goal of contributing to high-quality, thoughtful design that improves people’s lives. She was motivated by her belief in architecture’s capacity to impact a large number of people, and by a commitment to producing excellent, high-quality design for people of all means and backgrounds. As a long-standing member of the firm, Roselie brings rigor, discipline, and purpose to her leadership, actively contributing to building a positive firm culture and creating design processes that welcome new ideas. In her tenure at PTA, Roselie has worked on a wide range of projects, from child development centers to institutional buildings, but affordable housing remains at the core of her focus. She’s led various such projects: Hunters View, which added a total of 232 affordable housing units, a community center, and a child development center to a historically neglected neighborhood; 1939 Market Street, an LGBTQ+-affirming senior housing development; and the affordable family development Sister Lillian Murphy Community. In all of her work, Roselie focuses on finding the right avenue through which to navigate financial constraints, client needs, and programmatic requirements, always seeking to find effective solutions that address as many problems as possible in one fell swoop without losing sight of design excellence. She is intimately involved in the daily activities of many of our projects, while at the same time leading office-wide initiatives, managing operations, and shaping the direction of the firm. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.Arch. from Virginia Tech and is a licensed architect in the state of California.
