Hunters View Block 10

Part of a masterplan to revitalize the long-isolated neighborhood of Hunters View, LEED Gold-certified Block 10 provides 72 new housing units as well as a new community center and a child development center.

Our scheme creates an active central plaza that provides entry points into the housing, community center, and child development center. On the ground floor, a facade of colorful glazed panels welcome community members into this vibrant neighborhood hub, while the serrated form of the upper floors responds to the curve of Fairfax Avenue.
